The 90's Restaurant in Alberta

"Ha! Wow ! What a gem! on way from Saskatoon to calgary and landed in Oyen, smack middle of drive - based in other reviews tried it and was amazed - fantastic Canadian/Chinese restaurant ! Veggie and black pepper, SS pork, ginger beef, chow mein, all really good! Veggies crisp! Great sauces! I would not hesitate to recommend them - did it take over two hours for my take out order - yes! But that means it’s popular ! ! Very gracious in customer service too - if coming through this way again I’ll make a point of stopping in here again ! Really well done ! Recommend calling first"

"Great local spot for chinese (canadian style) food. We ordered ginger beef, Shanghai noodles, chicken, and mushrooms in oyster sauce. Really good food, plus leftovers to take back to the hotel."

"I regularly have dreams about coming back to eat the food here. It's my favourite food spot, hands down, and I don't even live in this province anymore. If you're in at peak times service can be slow because they have only one server but the wait is worth it"

"The food is the best in the area if you are in the mood for Chinese or even a burger this place is where you want to go the staff is friendly we ordered alot of food and they brought each dish as it was ready it is great Chinese food full of flavor and not greasey I haven't eaten that much in along time I would recommend adding this restaurant to your must go list we drove 114 km to go to this restaurant and it was worth the drive"

"This is our new favorite place between Lethbridge and Edmonton! The food came fast and was incredibly fresh and delicious. I had the Wor mein soup which is just an unbelievably yummy Wor wonton soup and the hubby had sweet and sour pork with beef veg and chicken fried rice. Best sweet and sour pork I've ever had! And the wontons in my soup were amazing! I can't say enough about this place, it's a gem! We also had the fried pork dumplings.... Also delicious!"

"Rice was very good. War wonton soup was delicious. The only thing not great was the chicken balls. Batter not completely cooked. Otherwise it was a pretty good place to eat."
